Delicious crabmeat filling with creamy texture, hard-boiled eggs, and a flavorful herb stuffing mix. Perfect make-ahead dish for a memorable meal with loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup dry sherry
  • 1 (6 ounce) package herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
  • 1 pound cooked crabmeat
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, gently nestle the eggs and cover them with cold water. Once the water comes to a boil, remove from heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Afterward, take the eggs out, allow them to cool, peel, and chop as needed.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and give your 11x7 inch baking dish a quick, shiny coat of grease.
  • Combine chopped eggs, heavy cream, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, and sherry in a bowl. Set aside 1/2 cup of the stuffing mix, then mix the remainder into the egg mixture. Gently fold in the crabmeat.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, then generously sprinkle the reserved stuffing over the top. Bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until it's bubbling and has a golden brown crust.
