Make a quick and delicious butter chicken with just 5 supermarket ingredients for a satisfying meal tonight.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 400g pkts Indian Butter Chicken
  • 2 x 250g pkts microwavable basmati rice
  • 140g yoghurt
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, halved crossways
  • 250g pkt Plain Naan
Instructions:
  • Prepare the butter chicken according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Grate half of the cucumber, then thinly slice the other half and set aside. Mix the grated cucumber with yogurt in a small bowl. Season to taste.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook the naan bread in batches for 1 minute on each side until golden and warmed up.
  • Divide the flavorful butter chicken and aromatic rice into serving bowls. Spoon the delicious yoghurt mixture on top. Serve with extra cucumber and warm naan bread. Don't forget to season to taste.
