  • 2 cups mashed, cooked butternut squash
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.25 cup sunflower seeds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to create the perfect cooking environment.
  • Combine the butternut squash, onion, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, sugar, and egg in a casserole dish.
