Ingredients:
  • 2 (15.25 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 0.25 cup masa harina
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Combine corn, milk, egg, masa harina, sugar, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth like pancake batter.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, generously spoon batter to create 4 to 5-inch rounds resembling taco shells. Cook until beautifully golden, about 2 minutes on each side. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
