Fun, easy, and delicious lettuce cups; switch pork for turkey if preferred.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 cups CAMPBELL'S® 30% Less Sodium Ready To Use Thai Chicken Broth
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 large carrot, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.25 cup hoisin sauce
  • 16 leaves Boston lettuce
Instructions:
  • Cook pork and ginger in a large non-stick skillet until pork is no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Add broth and simmer until reduced by half, about 10 minutes.
  • Add the green onions, carrot, red pepper, and hoisin sauce to the pan and sauté until the veggies are tender-crisp, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Present the flavorful pork mixture in crisp and refreshing lettuce leaves.
