Spiced canned tuna mixed with zesty horseradish and fresh herbs in a tasty tuna loaf.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna packed in water
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a glass loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, mayonnaise, horseradish, parsley, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper until smooth. Stir in tuna, bread crumbs, and onion until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan, pressing it down gently.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until perfectly hot and cooked through, approximately 30 minutes.
