Cappuccino Truffle Dessert

Whip up a fast dessert with rich cappuccino truffle cream and fluffy angel food cake. Chill leftover chocolate cream for a convenient sweet treat anytime.
Ingredients:
  • 4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped cream topping (such as Cool Whip®)
  • 1 (9 inch) angel food cake, cubed
Instructions:
  • Combine instant coffee and hot water in a large bowl until dissolved. Mix in milk, pudding mix, and cinnamon. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
  • Gently fold in whipped topping. In a dessert bowl, place a few cake cubes and spoon chocolate truffle cream on top before serving.
