Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons nigella seeds
  • 1 large carrot
  • 250 g natural yoghurt
  • ½ a lemon
  • extra virgin olive oil (optional)
Instructions:
  • Toast the nigella seeds in a non-stick pan until fragrant. Grate the carrot into a bowl, then mix in the natural yoghurt and nigella seeds. Add the lemon juice, season to taste, and finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
