Indulge guilt-free in this creamy, veggie-filled salad bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 3 large carrots, shredded (2 1/2 cups)
  • 1 medium celery stalk, sliced (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise, or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup plain or lemon fat free yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salad greens, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients, leaving out the salad greens for now.
  • Garnish with fresh salad greens and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
