Tropical Chamoyadas: Frozen mangoes and pineapple juice give a tasty twist to this Mexican classic drink.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango cubes
  • 1 (6 ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 0.5 lime
  • 2 teaspoons chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®)
  • 2 tablespoons chamoy (Mexican chili fruit condiment)
Instructions:
  • Blend mango and pineapple juice in a blender until silky smooth. Reserve for later use.
  • Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge and coat it with 1 teaspoon of chili-lime seasoning. Squeeze lime juice into the glass, then mix in 1 tablespoon of chamoy and the rest of the chili-lime seasoning. Pour half of the mango-pineapple mixture into the glass. Swirl in the remaining chamoy sauce and fill up the glass with the rest of the mango-pineapple mixture.
