Homemade New York cheesecake: an easy, decadent favorite. Skip the store and enjoy a treat from your kitchen!
Ingredients:
  • 15 graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  • Press the crust firmly onto the bottom of the pan to create a compact base.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually add milk, then incorporate eggs one at a time until just mixed.
  • Combine sour cream, flour, and vanilla until velvety smooth.
  • Spread the luscious filling over the crust. Let it bake in the warm oven for 1 hour.
  • Allow the cheesecake to cool in the turned-off oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours to prevent cracking. Then, refrigerate until ready to serve.
