Korean beef and veggie stir-fry with bean thread noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.33333334326744 pound beef top sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 0.5 cup sliced bamboo shoots, drained
  • 0.25 pound napa cabbage, sliced
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 3 ounces cellophane noodles, soaked in warm water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, garlic, sesame seeds, sugar, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the sliced beef and marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle with oil. Brown beef evenly. Add carrots, bamboo shoots, napa cabbage, and spinach. Stir in cellophane noodles, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to medium and cook until heated through.
