Korean beef and veggie stir-fry with bean thread noodles.
Ingredients:
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1tablespoonsesame oil
1clovegarlic, minced
1teaspoonsesame seeds
1teaspoonsugar
0.25 teaspoonblack pepper
0.33333334326744 poundbeef top sirloin, thinly sliced
0.5 cupthinly slicedcarrots
0.5 cup sliced bamboo shoots, drained
0.25 poundnapa cabbage, sliced
2cups choppedfresh spinach
3ounces cellophane noodles, soaked in warm water
2tablespoons soy sauce
1tablespoonsugar
Instructions:
Combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, garlic, sesame seeds, sugar, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the sliced beef and marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Preheat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle with oil. Brown beef evenly. Add carrots, bamboo shoots, napa cabbage, and spinach. Stir in cellophane noodles, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to medium and cook until heated through.
