Elevate your dinner routine with juicy steak, creamy polenta, and zesty olive salsa!
Ingredients:
  • 170g cornmeal
  • 50g parmesan
  • 4 x 150g Beef Porterhouse Steaks
  • 2 bunches baby broccoli, halved lengthways
  • 220g btl mixed olives, drained, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, bring 4 cups (1L) of water to a boil over high heat. Lower the heat to medium. Slowly pour in the cornmeal while whisking continuously until well combined. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is soft and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup (40g) of parmesan until well mixed. Season with your favorite seasonings.
  • Preheat a chargrill over medium-high heat. Season steaks and grill for 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate, cover, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Grill baby broccoli for 2 minutes on each side, or until tender.
  • Slice the beef into thick pieces. Distribute polenta evenly among serving bowls. Arrange the beef and baby broccoli on top of the polenta. Drizzle with olive oil. Finish by sprinkling with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
