Peanut butter crust with chocolate pudding and whipped topping - a crowd-pleasing Charlie Brown pie.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 3.5 cups cold milk
  • 1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
Instructions:
  • Microwave peanut butter in a bowl until smooth and creamy, about 20-30 seconds. Mix in graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter until well combined. Press mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  • Combine milk and pudding mix until velvety and pour over the crust. Finish the pie with a dollop of whipped topping before serving.
