Easy one-pan Chicken Diane Pasta Bake - a simple weeknight favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 750g packet fresh spinach and ricotta tortellini
  • 500.00 ml shredded cooked chicken
  • 200g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 60g baby spinach
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 44.40 gm tomato paste
  • 24.40 gm Worcestershire sauce
  • 20.00 ml Chicken Stock Powder
  • 11.80 gm Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 300ml pure cream
  • 250.00 ml grated cheddar
  • Sliced green onion, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
  • Combine the pasta, chicken, mushrooms, spinach, and onion in a large bowl until well mixed. Transfer the mixture to a 12-cup baking dish.
  • Combine tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, stock powder, mustard, and garlic in a large jug. Slowly whisk in cream and 1 cup of water until mixture is smooth. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Cover pasta in dish with creamy mixture. Top with cheddar and bake for 25-30 minutes until pasta is tender and cheese is golden. Serve with extra green onion on top.
