Elevate your snacks with exquisite jamon, sherry-infused figs, and luxurious mascarpone for effortless gourmet bites.
Ingredients:
  • 16 dried dessert figs, halved
  • 60ml sherry
  • 2 x 140g packets pikelet bites (see note)
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 100g sliced jamon (see note) or prosciutto, cut into strips
  • Olive oil, to drizzle
  • Chervil (see note) or flat-leaf parsley sprigs, to garnish
Instructions:
  • Allow the dried dessert figs to luxuriate in the luscious sherry for 2 hours until they eagerly soak up every drop.
  • Arrange the pikelets on a serving platter and top each with a dollop of mascarpone. Place a slice of jamon and a piece of fig on each. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, then drizzle with oil. Finish by garnishing with chervil or parsley.
