Cheat's pull-apart mini brioche sliders

Indulge in creamy spinach and cheese brioche buns, oozing with golden deliciousness.
Ingredients:
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 80g baby spinach, chopped, plus extra to serve
  • 82.50 ml grated parmesan
  • 18 brioche sliders, split
  • 250.00 ml grated mozzarella
  • Mild tomato salsa, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan-forced and line a large oven tray with baking paper.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, and parmesan together, then season to taste. Spread the cheese mixture on the bottom half of each slider. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of mozzarella over the sliders, then cover with the tops. Arrange sliders on a prepared tray, keeping space for salsa in the center. Scatter remaining mozzarella around the sliders. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly golden. Fill the space in the tray with salsa and garnish with extra spinach before serving.
