Cheese agnolotti bake

Family-friendly pasta bake with crispy topping.
Ingredients:
  • 625g packet fresh ricotta and spinach agnolotti pasta
  • 126.25 gm thickened cream
  • 250.00 ml COON Italian style shredded cheese
  • 125.00 ml fresh white breadcrumbs
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a 6-cup, 5cm deep, 15cm x 25cm (base) baking dish. Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions until tender.
  • Next, mix together cream and 1/4 cup of cheese in a small jug. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, oil, and the remaining 3/4 cup of cheese.
  • After draining the pasta, bring it back to the saucepan and pour in the cream mixture, then season generously with salt and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined. Transfer the mixture into the prepared dish and sprinkle the cheesy blend on top. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted. Serve and enjoy.
