Cheese pots with sweet chilli sauce and cucumber salad

Make an elegant cream cheese mold for a stunning cheese platter centerpiece.
Ingredients:
  • 200g full-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 telegraph cucumber, peeled
  • 20ml (1 tbsp) rice wine vinegar
  • 1 small red chilli, seeds removed, chopped
  • 44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 6.00 gm toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • Prepare a tea cup or dariole mould by lining it with plastic wrap. Press the cheese into the mould and refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice the cucumber thinly and place in a sieve over the sink. Sprinkle with salt and let it sit for 15 minutes, then rinse and pat dry. Transfer the cucumber to a bowl and mix with vinegar and chili. Remove the cheese from the mould onto a serving plate, and top with chili sauce and seeds.
  • Pair with crispy water crackers and vibrant cucumber salad.
