Warm up with this comforting winter soup as the perfect complement to any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 x 300g packet bake-at-home mini paninis
  • 2 garlic cloves, halved
  • 20.00 ml shredded fresh sage leaves
  • 125.00 ml grated gruyere cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Slice each panini in half and lay them cut-side down on a baking tray. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes until they turn golden. Flip them over and bake for an additional 2 minutes until they start to turn golden brown.
  • Gently rub the cut side of the garlic cloves on the cut side of the paninis, then remove and discard the garlic. Evenly sprinkle sage and gruyere on top. Bake the paninis for about 5 minutes, or until the gruyere is melted and turns golden. Finish off with a sprinkle of pepper. Serve and enjoy the delicious paninis.
