Delicious peach and blackberry dessert with thyme and black pepper, like a fun twist on clafoutis.

  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pint fresh blackberries
  • 1 fresh peach, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously butter a casserole dish.
  • Combine milk, sugar, and flour in a large bowl then stir in eggs, vanilla extract, thyme leaves, black pepper, and salt until batter is smooth.
  • Arrange the blackberries and peach slices evenly in the casserole dish, then cover them with the batter.
  • Bake at the perfect temperature until the fruit is heated through and the batter is firm, typically around 45 minutes. Let it cool completely.
