Try Chef John's zesty remoulade sauce with mayo, Dijon mustard, dill, and capers to top crab cakes or grilled fish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cornichons, finely chopped
  • 0.5 bunch fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 medium lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, or more to taste
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine mayonnaise, cornichons, dill, capers, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix well.
