Versatile Moroccan spice rub perfect for fish, seafood, meats, or veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 brown onion, halved, coarsely chopped
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice
  • 40.00 ml coarsely chopped fresh coriander
  • 40.00 ml coarsely chopped fresh continental parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 10.00 gm mild paprika
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • Toast the cumin and coriander seeds in a frying pan over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes until the seeds pop and release a fragrant aroma.
  • Combine seeds, onion, lemon juice, coriander, parsley, garlic, paprika, turmeric, and cayenne pepper in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
