Indulge in irresistible chocolate chip brownies for a delectable dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously grease the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray or butter.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs until well combined using an electric mixer. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms. Spread the dough in a pan and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  • Bake until edges turn golden brown, for 25-30 minutes. Let cool fully for about 3 hours. Cut into 6 by 4 rows.
