Chicken 'N Pasta Primavera

Creamy Alfredo fettuccine with tender chicken and vegetables.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken, thinly sliced
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag Birds Eye® Recipe Ready Primavera Blend
  • 1 cup prepared Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 8 ounces fettuccine, cooked according to package directions
Instructions:
  • In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the chicken in hot oil, stirring occasionally, for about 8 minutes, or until it is almost cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan.
  • Sauté Recipe Ready Primavera Blend until tender. Mix in pasta sauce, boil, then add fettuccine and chicken. Toss to coat. Serve with extra parmesan and black pepper.
