Effortlessly make a delicious chicken tray bake in just 35 minutes - perfect for dinner and leftovers for lunch.
Ingredients:
  • 8 Australian Chicken Drumsticks
  • 400g can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
  • 20.00 ml Moroccan seasoning
  • 500g vine-ripened cherry tomatoes
  • 60g pkt Baby Spinach
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C, then generously grease a large baking dish.
  • Place the chicken and chickpeas in the dish, then generously season with Moroccan spices. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Add the tomatoes to the dish for the final 10 minutes of baking.
  • Lay a generous bed of fresh spinach over the dish, then cover it tightly with foil, allowing it to rest for 5 minutes. Finally, season to perfection.
