Effortlessly make a delicious chicken tray bake in 35 minutes, perfect for both dinner and lunch leftovers.
Ingredients:
  • 8 Australian Chicken Drumsticks
  • 400g can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
  • 20.00 ml Moroccan seasoning
  • 500g vine-ripened cherry tomatoes
  • 60g pkt Baby Spinach
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 200°C and generously grease a big baking dish.
  • Place the chicken and chickpeas in the dish and generously coat with the flavorful Moroccan seasoning. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is perfectly cooked. Add the tomatoes to the dish during the last 10 minutes of baking for a burst of freshness.
  • Prepare the dish by gently placing the vibrant spinach on top. Cover it with foil to create a cozy environment, allowing it to rest and develop all the delicious flavors for 5 minutes. Finally, sprinkle some seasonings to enhance the dish to perfection.
