Chicken and mushroom dumplings

Delicious and simple parcel recipe that is both entertaining and effortless to create!
Ingredients:
  • 280g chicken mince
  • 100g shiitake mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped fresh garlic chives
  • 30.00 ml Chinese rice wine
  • 40 (270g packet) wonton wrappers
Instructions:
  • Combine mince, mushrooms, chives, and wine in a large bowl, stirring well.
  • Lay down wrappers. Add 2 teaspoons of mince mixture to the center of each wrapper. Moisten edges with cold water. Fold up corners to create a square pouch. Seal edges firmly together. Transfer to a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Place a steamer lined with baking paper over simmering water and cook dumplings in batches for 15 minutes or until tender and cooked through. Serve.
