Impress your family with juicy chicken Kyiv paired with a tasty pea salad.
Ingredients:
  • 700g pkt Chicken Kiev
  • 4 bacon rashers, chopped
  • 500g pkt Frozen Peas, thawed
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 40g garlic butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the chicken on it. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and fully cooked.
  • Heat a medium frying pan over high heat. Cook the bacon, stirring occasionally, until crispy, about 5 minutes. Add the peas and continue cooking until heated through, about 5 minutes. Stir in the spring onion and butter, cooking until the butter melts, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Ladle the pea mixture and chicken into individual serving bowls.
