Ingredients:
  • 500g chicken mince
  • 1.20 gm salt
  • 5.00 gm cornflour
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil, optional
  • 1L chicken style liquid stock
  • 1 bunch bok choy
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together chicken mince, eggs, cornflour, salt, sesame oil, and white pepper until thoroughly combined using a chopstick or spoon, stirring in one direction.
  • Add chicken stock to a pot and bring it to a boil. Shape mince meat into balls using a spoon or your hands and drop them into the boiling soup. Once the meatballs float to the surface, they are cooked and ready to enjoy.
  • Add the vibrant bok choy and sauté for a quick 1 to 2 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt to taste.
