20-Minute Chicken and Veggie Pasta Salad: Quick, tasty, and satisfying!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta (6 ounces)
  • 1 package (6 ounces) frozen Chinese pea pods, thawed and drained
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup French dressing
  • 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Instructions:
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Add pea pods 2 minutes before pasta is done cooking. Drain pasta and pea pods, then rinse with cold water. Drain well.
  • Combine the mayonnaise and French dressing in a large bowl, then add the pasta mixture and the remaining ingredients. Toss everything together until well mixed.
