Preheat the oven to 375°F (350°F for a glass baking dish). In a 3-quart saucepan, bring the soup, broth, chicken, and vegetables to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Transfer the mixture to an ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
