Creamy chicken stuffed puffs, baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 0.75 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, sauté skinless, boneless chicken breast halves with onion and garlic until onions are tender and chicken is lightly browned.
  • Combine chicken mixture, cream cheese, and butter in a medium bowl, blending until smooth and creamy.
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Take the croissants and separate them into halves to make 12 rectangles. Spoon around one tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto each rectangle and then fold them into balls.
  • Place the balls evenly on a large baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until they turn golden brown, for about 12 minutes.
