Creamy chicken dish with only 7 ingredients and minimal effort, inspired by Greta Anna.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp brown mustard seeds
  • 185ml (3/4 cup) white wine
  • 500ml pouring cream
  • 30.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 3 tsp dried tarragon leaves
  • 2 barbecued chickens, warmed
  • Steamed broccolini, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, toast the mustard seeds until they start to pop, about 1 minute. Add the wine and simmer until reduced, about 10 minutes.
  • Combine the cream, vinegar, and tarragon in the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until it's reduced by half. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Chop the chicken into large pieces while you wait.
  • Arrange the chicken pieces and steamed broccolini on serving plates. Top with a generous drizzle of the sauce before serving.
