Delicious puree pairs perfectly with veggies, bread, or toast.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 300g cans chickpeas, drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 185mls (3/4 cup) olive oil
  • Pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, combine drained chickpeas, garlic, and lemon juice and blend until creamy.
  • Combine olive oil and cayenne pepper in the processor. Season with salt and pepper.
