Excite your senses with a quick and flavorful Mexican dish.
Ingredients:
1kg lean beef mince
1brown onion, finely chopped
35g pkt chilli seasoning
2 x Mutti Polpa Finely Chopped Tomatoes 400g
400g can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
44.40 gm tomato paste
Fresh coriander leaves, to serve
Reduced-fat sour cream, to serve
Instructions:
In a large frying pan over high heat, sizzle the oil then add the mince. Stir using a wooden spoon until nicely browned, about 4 minutes.
Sauté the onion until soft, then stir in the seasoning, tomato, beans, and tomato paste. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Spoon the rice and mince mixture into individual serving bowls. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a dollop of sour cream on the side before serving.
