Spicy roasted trail mix with cashews, pepitas, and sunflower seeds - perfect for a quick snack!
Ingredients:
  • 150g cashew
  • 50g pepitas
  • 35g sunflower seeds
  • 40.00 ml Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tsp salt-reduced tamari
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C and prepare a large baking tray by lining it with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix cashews, pepitas, sunflower seeds, chili sauce, and tamari until nuts and seeds are evenly coated with the sauce.
  • Evenly spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared tray.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the nuts are golden and caramelized. Allow them to cool completely on the tray before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
