Chilli seafood spaghettini

Quick and delicious seafood pasta ready in 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 350g spaghettini
  • 250g seafood salad flakes, shredded
  • 250.00 ml black olives
  • Juice & finely grated zest from 1 large lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 long red chillies, thinly sliced
  • 80g baby rocket leaves
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a generously salted pot of water for about 5 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large serving bowl, combine seafood salad flakes, olives, lemon zest and juice, garlic, chilli, rocket, olive oil, and pasta. Toss everything together until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
