Indulgent no-cook chocolate truffles, perfect for late-night cravings, with just 4 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 2x 250g pkts Arnott’s Choc Ripple biscuits
  • 45g (1/2 cup) desiccated coconut
  • 20.00 gm cocoa powder
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
  • Place the biscuits in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Set aside about one-quarter (about 80g) of the biscuit crumbs on a plate.
  • Combine the leftover biscuit crumbs with coconut, cocoa powder, and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly and chill in the fridge for 1 hour, or until it's firm enough to shape into balls.
  • Prepare 2 baking trays by lining them with baking paper. Shape 1 tablespoon of the truffle mixture into a ball and coat it with biscuit crumbs. Place it on the tray. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture to make a total of 24 truffles. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour until firm.
