Add chia seeds for a crunchy twist to these delectable chocolate-berry balls!
Ingredients:
  • 150g pkt Almonds
  • 12 pitted fresh dates
  • 30g goji beryr
  • 40.00 ml cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 40g shredded coconut
  • 54.00 gm maple syrup
  • 40.00 ml white or black chia seeds
Instructions:
  • Blend almonds in a food processor until finely chopped, then mix in fresh dates, goji berries, cacao powder, shredded coconut, and maple syrup.
  • Blend until the mixture is nearly smooth and fully mixed. Spread white or black chia seeds on a plate. Shape 2 tablespoons of the almond mixture into balls. Roll the balls in chia seeds until coated evenly. Chill on a lined tray in the fridge for 1 hour or until firm. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
