Indulge in quick and decadent chocolate cakes using store-bought mix and Violet crumble for a delightful treat.
Ingredients:
  • 583g packet chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 57.50 gm vegetable oil
  • 155g packet Violet Crumble Bites
  • 20.00 gm hot water
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and generously grease either an 8 x 2/3-cup rectangular muffin pan or 16 x 1/3-cup muffin holes.
  • With an electric mixer, blend cake mix, water, oil, and eggs on low until mixed. Increase to medium speed and beat for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Press 3 to 4 Violet Crumble Bites into the center of each cake. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let them cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning them out onto a wire rack.
  • Pour a generous amount of water into the frosting mixture from the cake packet. Vigorously whisk the ingredients together. Gently drizzle the luscious frosting over the cakes before serving.
