In minutes, create a delicious trifle with just four ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 12 sponge finger biscuits
  • 500g chocolate mousse (see note)
  • 250.00 ml mixed frozen berries, thawed
  • Whipped cream, to serve
  • Grated white chocolate, to serve
Instructions:
  • Place biscuits upright around the edge of 4 glasses.
  • Beat the chocolate mousse with an electric mixer for 5 minutes or until it becomes pale and thick. Transfer the mousse evenly into individual glasses.
  • Cover the dessert with thawed berries and whipped cream, then refrigerate for 3 hours. When ready to serve, top with grated white chocolate.
