Indulgent triple layer cheesecake - an irresistible finale for any occasion! Treat loved ones with this decadent, creamy delight.
Ingredients:
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons ReaLemon® lemon juice from concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 (9 inch) ready-made graham cracker crumb crust
  • 2 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 0.25 cup whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Use a mixer to beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually mix in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add egg, ReaLemon®, and vanilla, mixing well. Press raspberries firmly onto the crust, saving a few for garnish. Slowly pour cream cheese mixture over the fruit. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is almost set. Allow to cool before serving.
  • In a small saucepan over gentle heat, melt semisweet chocolate with whipping cream until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat, then generously glaze over cheesecake. Chill and decorate to your liking.
