"Legendary burgers that draw a crowd every weekend."
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
Instructions:
  • Heat up your outdoor grill until it's nice and hot. Combine the ground beef with garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil. Shape the mixture into four patties.
  • Grill the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of at least 160°F (70°C). Place them on hamburger buns and add your favorite toppings and condiments.
