Try a delicious kale salad with feta, walnuts, and grapes for a unique and tasty twist!
Ingredients:
  • 3 bunches kale, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 pounds red grapes
  • 0.75 pound crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.75 pound chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup seasoned rice vinegar, or to taste
  • 0.25 cup water, or to taste
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine vibrant kale leaves, juicy grapes, tangy feta cheese, and crunchy walnuts in a generously sized salad bowl.
  • Mix seasoned rice vinegar and water to yield 3/4 cup. Combine honey and olive oil until well blended; drizzle over the kale and mix well.
