Cinnamon-spiced granola with apples, bananas, and oats - a delicious twist on breakfast in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 apple - peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 0.5 cup granola
  • 0.33333334326744 cup ground cinnamon, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine apple, bananas, granola, cinnamon, sugar, and cocoa powder in a container with a lid. Shake well until evenly mixed.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter until sizzling. Add the apple mixture and stir constantly until the cinnamon caramelizes into a fragrant paste, about 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in the milk and mix well.
  • Lower the heat to medium and let the flavors meld with the lid on for about 1 minute. Uncover, give it a stir, then cover and simmer for an additional minute. Finish off by removing from heat and giving it a final stir before serving.
