Cookies 'n' cream dessert cocktail

Decadent cocktail topped with cream and cookies.
Ingredients:
  • 12 (about 130g) Oreo biscuits
  • 375ml (1 1/2 cup) pouring cream
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) Frangelico liqueur
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) Kahlua liqueur
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) Original Irish Cream liqueur
  • 85.80 gm honey
  • 500.00 ml ice cubes
  • 375ml (1 1/2 cup) pouring cream, extra
Instructions:
  • Put the biscuits in a bowl and crush them gently using the end of a rolling pin.
  • Whip the cream in a large bowl using an electric beater until stiff peaks form.
  • Combine Frangelico, Kahlua, Baileys, honey, ice cubes, extra cream, and half of the biscuit in a blender. Blend until the ice is crushed and the mixture is smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture into individual serving glasses. Add a generous dollop of cream and a sprinkle of the remaining biscuit on top before serving.
