Make-ahead elegant canapes for the perfect hostess.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 200g ctn Stewarts fresh sand crab
  • 62.50 ml chopped fresh coriander
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh chives
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) coconut cream
  • 2 tsp finely grated lime rind
  • 10.60 gm fresh lime juice
  • 2 x 60g pkts canape cups
Instructions:
  • In a serving bowl, mix together the crab meat, coriander, chives, coconut cream, lime rind, and lime juice. Season with black pepper to taste.
  • Present the serving bowl on a platter alongside a spoon and the canape cups for your guests to fill the cases with the crab mixture to their liking.
