Festive Bundt cake filled with tangy cranberries and zesty orange flavor for the perfect holiday treat!
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 0.66666668653488 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange, zested
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 10-inch Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, oil, eggs, orange juice, baking powder, vanilla, and salt using an electric mixer until well combined. Add cranberries and orange zest; transfer the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to rest for 15 minutes, then flip it onto a wire rack to cool for 1 hour.
