Creamy asparagus and salmon pasta

Effortless and quick six-ingredient pasta dish ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 375g dried bow-tie pasta
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 252.50 gm light thickened cream
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh chives
  • 415g can red salmon, drained, skin and bones removed, flaked
  • Salt, to season
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in generously salted water as per package instructions until tender. Add asparagus for the final 3 minutes of cooking. Drain well.
  • Combine the cooked pasta and asparagus in the pan with cream, lemon rind, lemon juice, chives, and salmon. Season with salt and pepper, then toss everything together before serving.
